System 5 disrupter

The System 5 phase disrupter is a heavy disrupter cannon currently only in use aboard Cardassian starbases and orbital defence platforms as well as a range of larger Cardassian starships, as its power requirements are deemed to be too heavy for a small starship to handle. However there have been notable incidents of them being mounted on cargo ships effectively.
