A fruity drink created by Sue Zhou, the ingrediants and method of creation is as follows:

One cup of water, a dash of honey, two strawberries, one piece of banana, half a cup of orange juice, and blend.

Ingrediants can be altered in quantity depending on size of serving, as well as some ice or ice cream added to give the drink a more smoothie/viscous property.
