Marine Fighter Pilot Jumpsuit
A Starfleet Marine Corps fighter pilot is a commissioned officer or warrant officer specially trained in the operation of starfighters. Unlike their Starfleet counterparts Marine pilots specially train in providing protective escort for Marine transports as well as suppressive fire for ground forces, often replacing Mechanized Infantry in smaller detachments. Marine pilots also provide reconnaissance for their mother ship and perform garrison patrol for starbases.
All Marine fighter pilots are fully qualified to command a light infantry platoon. As well they are familiar with standard shuttles and runabouts.
