The Enlisted men and women of Obsidian Fleet, and Starfleet as a whole, have a long-standing reputation as the backbone of our success. Whether it be in the field or on the home front, we would not be here today without our Enlisted Service Men and Women.

On behalf of Fleet Command, please allow me to welcome you to the Obsidian Fleet Enlisted Affairs Resource Center. The Enlisted Affairs Department is here to support all noncommissioned ranks in Obsidian Fleet, from the newest Crewman Recruit to the saltiest Chief Petty Officer. Your NCO Support Channel is here for you.

The Noncommissioned Officer

  • Conducts the daily business of the Fleet within established orders, directives and policies.
  • Focuses on individual training, which develops the capability to accomplish the mission.
  • Primarily involved with training and leading crewmembers and teams.
  • Ensures each subordinate team, NCO and crewmember are prepared to function as a effective unit and each team member is well trained, highly motivated, ready and functioning.
  • Concentrates on standards of performance, training and professional development of NCOs and enlisted personnel.
  • Follows orders of officers and NCOs in the support channel.
  • Gets the job done.
