The Awards and Services Department has responsibility for two major areas within Obsidian Fleet - overall management of awards, and the maintenance of the Obsidian Fleet Banner Exchange.

[edit] Awards

The Awards Department approves or rejects all submissions for Level 2 awards. It also manages the monthly Unit of Merit Awards and the quarterly Commanding Officer, Executive Officer and Character Task Force Unit of Merit Awards, as well as the annual awards.

Additionally, the Department is responsible for the development of the awards system, designing, submitting and modifying awards with the agreement of the Fleet Council.

The Awards Department also manages the Obsidian Fleet Banner Exchange, approving new accounts, crediting accounts and removing accounts as necessary.
