The Aerospace Corps.

A combination of all the Flight related elements and staff of Starfleet, to include the Starfleet and Marine Fighter Pilots as well as the personnel responsible for a Starships Flight Control.

Starfleet Fighter Pilots wear Blue Starfleet Uniforms and Flight Control Officer's wear Red, Marine Fighter Pilots wear Green or Blue, but regardless of color always wear the Marine Ranks.

[edit] Starfleet Aerospace Corps

Officer's who are members of Starfleet and assigned to Flight Control or as one of the Fighter Pilot Units aboard a Starbase or Starship are members of the Starfleet Aerospace Corps. Their jobs range from Starship Helm Operations to ship-ship fighter defense.

All Starfleet Personnel in Flight Control wear Red Starfleet Uniforms

All Starfleet Personnel assigned to the Fighter Pilot Units wear Blue Starfleet Uniforms, a color unique to the Fighter Squadrons.

[edit] Marine Aerospace Corps

Officer's who are members of the Starfleet Marine Corps and assigned to one of the Marine Fighter Pilot Units aboard a Starbase or Starship are members of the Starfleet Marine Corps, on assignment to the Starfleet Starbase or Vessel on which they serve.

All SFMC Fighter Pilot Units wear Green or Blue Starfleet Uniforms.

There are two sub branches of Aerospace, Flight Control and Fighter Pilot. Once the Aerospace personel have decided which sub branch they wish to develop expertise in, this is the career path they would typically advance in.
